Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to act as the central point in a fast-paced transportation network. You will plan and coordinate freight, manage drivers, and ensure efficient asset utilization while maintaining superior customer service.

Responsibilities include planning loads, reviewing time-off requests, coordinating with maintenance, and monitoring hours of service to keep operations compliant and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with office equipment and computers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• High sensitivity to customer service and retention.
• Ability to manage time with daily and long-term tasks.
• Experience in high-volume transportation environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset utilization and drivers to ensure high customer service and fleet profitability.
• Build and match planned freight to day cabs or condo trucks and drivers.
• Review driver requests for time off and plan loads for same or next day dispatching.
• Coordinate with department for driver, freight, and asset availability; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on trucks out of service or return to service for dispatch.
