You will handle load tracking, communications, and issue resolution to ensure timely deliveries and accurate billing.

The role requires at least two years in operations or customer service, with an Associates degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Two years of Operations or Customer service experience required.
• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform Customer Service functions for assigned customers and accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Operations to balance capacity and freight and maintain high service levels.
• Monitor and trace loads to ensure on-time delivery and address changes promptly.
• Serve as Customer's first line of communication and reference for pricing, claims, and related needs.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining current Customer information in the system.
• Communicate service problems, turned down freight, and new business opportunities to Sales.
• Support EDI requirements and ensure accurate service reporting.
