You will oversee training, develop and coach staff, and ensure service expectations are met through proactivecapacity optimization and collaboration with other planning leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as planner in transportation industry required.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must be able to lead, develop and coach others.
• Must be able to effectively transfer knowledge to others.
• Must be able to understand financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee designated group of planners.
• Ensure plans adhere to SOPs.
• Review plans and provide feedback/coaching.
• Oversee training of decision support tools.
• Train planners on reviewing customer bids and capacity.
