Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational or managerial leadership experience, preferably within transportation, freight, logistics, or supply chain industries.
• Strong track record in team leadership, decision-making, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficiency with logistics/transportation management software, MS Excel.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry safety standards, local regulations, and transportation safety guidelines.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement streamlined processes, software tools, and best management practices.
• Collaborate closely with fleet management, dispatch, sales, and senior management to align company strategy and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily administrative and logistical operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative and operational staff, fostering a collaborative, safe, and productive work environment.
