The General Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving operational performance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting overall company growth.
Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee daily administrative and logistical operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative and operational staff, fostering a collaborative, safe, and productive work environment.
Financial & Resource Management: Assist in budget preparation, cost control, operational forecasting, and resource allocation to meet key business targets.
Experience: 5+ years of operational or managerial leadership experience, preferably within transportation, freight, logistics, or supply chain industries.
Leadership: Strong track record in team leadership, decision-making, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
