Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage network carrier relationships, ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and timely invoicing.

This role supports the Supply Chain Solutions division and offers exposure to Fortune 500 clients. You will print delivery tickets, update RTBS schedules with carriers, process RAs, monitor open RA reports, and assist the Operations Supervisor with logistics tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more years related experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS; schedule with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and coordinate PODs or follow up with customers.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Provide backup coverage for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
