Job summary

Morrison Express is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Compton, CA to support high-growth shipments, verify paperwork, and safeguard inventory. You will participate in cycle counts, document inspections, and organize the warehouse floor, ensuring compliance with SOPs and MEC policies.

You must be able to work Sundays through Thursdays, 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, and operate WMS/RF tech, perform data entry, and uphold security standards in a fast-paced environment. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• 1 year of experience working in a warehouse; freight forwarder experience preferred.
• Experience with a WMS, RF scanner, and basic computer.

Responsibilities

• Analyze orders for overages and shortages; reconcile paperwork before release.
• Maintain records to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Update inbound/outbound shipments in WMS with weight, dimensions, and photos.
