Job summary

Morrison Express is seeking a logistics professional to manage operational queries, maintain shipping standards, and ensure effectiveness in freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

This position includes responsibilities such as monitoring KPIs, managing client relations, and proposing improvements. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, and vacation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding and logistics required.
• Experience with key account management teams is a plus.
• General knowledge of Imports/Exports, Contract Logistics, and Customs.

Responsibilities

• Handle operational queries amongst branches, agents, and clients.
• Monitor operational excellence to meet KPI, including OTP and Data quality.
• Propose continuous improvements for planning and logistics KPIs.
