Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years customer service experience and 2–3 years transportation experience.
• Experience with AS400 and PC-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Own account profitability and growth for the dedicated account.
• Daily supervision of office staff and drivers.
• Coordinate load planning, driver assignment, and customer service.
• Ensure safety compliance and KPI achievement.
• Collaborate with billing, safety, payroll, maintenance, and other teams.
• Prepare account reporting and oversee invoicing accuracy.
