Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing, Management, or Transportation/Logistics.
• 2–3 years customer service experience preferred.
• 2–3 years transportation experience preferred.
• AS400 and PC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall Account Management of profitability, revenue, invoicing, and personnel for the dedicated account.
• Supervise office staff and drivers, coach retention and safety culture.
• Assign drivers to loads and optimize load information to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate with billing, safety, payroll, maintenance, and customer service teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies; drive process improvements.
