Job summary

Werner Enterprises is seeking a Dedicated Logistics Manager to own the profitability and day-to-day operations of a dedicated account. The role encompasses driver management, load planning, and all customer service functions to ensure satisfaction across the account.

Responsibilities include supervising office personnel and drivers, coordinating billing and maintenance, and driving safety and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Management, or Transportation/Logistics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Overall Account Management of key factors such as account profitability, revenue generation, invoicing, personnel management, driver turnover, fleet sizing, load planning, and direct/on-site customer interaction.
• Daily supervision of office personnel (0-10 employees) and drivers (1-200 employees) assigned to respective account.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with Federal, State and Organizational rules.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing, Management, or Transportation/Logistics
