Job summary

Transportation Insight is seeking a Logistics Manager to provide tactical and operational support for a key client book, ensuring delivery of the solutions defined in each commercial agreement and driving client retention.

You will collaborate with Account Managers to drive internal and external communications, identify opportunities for upsell, and own the client metrics delivery and KPI reporting while coordinating across teams to optimize cost and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience with the Transportation industry.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Excel, TMS, optimization engines and BI tools.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Self-managed, motivated with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and operational support to an assigned client book of business.
• Drive client retention and assist with upsell opportunities within contracts.
• Deliver client metrics and KPIs; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Produce monthly and ad-hoc analyses on spend, volumes, and transit times.
• Support pricing/contract requests and ensure voice of the customer is captured.
