Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, International Trade, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field).
• 5 to 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and strategic support to the General Branch Manager, complementing planning, analysis, and decision support.
• Manage and evaluate the branch's supplier and vendor base, developing metrics for cost, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare supplier benchmarking and cost/service comparisons to support negotiations and vendor selection.
• Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance, flag deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct cost-versus-revenue analysis per operation to identify margin drivers.
• Prepare financial reviews to support monthly budget, cost, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with accounting to validate expenses and accurate cost allocation.
• Develop dashboards to show cost structure and margin trends.
• Develop strategic relationships with CBP and other regulators to strengthen compliance.
• Build relationships with bonded warehouses, terminals, and industry partners for collaboration.
• Conduct market reviews to benchmark performance and identify opportunities/risks.
• Analyze opportunities and present feasibility to leadership.
• Support safety performance by monitoring KPIs and coordinating with HSE.
• Evaluate capital investments with cost-benefit and ROI analyses.
• Support regulatory initiatives (CBP, FTZ, bonded ops) with responsible departments.
• Oversee data integrity and analytics tools for forecasting.
• Prepare periodic analyses and recommendations for the Branch Manager.
