Job summary

Transmaritime, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for the Laredo, TX location to oversee 3PL operations, coordinate the supply chain, and liaise with customers, carriers, and suppliers.

The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and strong negotiation skills to drive growth while maintaining service levels. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation, logistics or related field.
• Six to eight years related experience in operations/stevedoring/vessel cargo operations or terminal operations.
• Six years supervisory experience in business, transportation, logistics or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task, analyze data, and manage customer relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Formation of tactical sales & marketing strategies to support growth.
• Identify and penetrate new market segments or customer bases.
• Ensure sales targets are reviewed and met.
• Responsible for rate & contracts negotiation, quotations for tenders, etc.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to support growth.
