Job summary

ProTrans is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics to oversee end-to-end distribution across multiple facilities. You will develop and execute logistics strategies, manage carrier and vendor relationships, and drive continuous process improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.

This role requires strong leadership of large teams and deep knowledge of U.S./Mexico regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive cross-border logistics experience, proficiency with TMS/WMS systems,

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and significant logistics leadership experience.
• Experience leading large teams and managing cross-border U.S./Mexico logistics is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end distribution for multiple facilities to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and execute cross-functional logistics strategies aligned with business goals.
• Negotiate carrier, broker, and 3PL contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Mexico regulations and trade requirements.
