Qualifications

• CBP / FTZ knowledge or exposure beneficial.
• Strong data analysis and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage supplier/vendor relationships and drive cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and strategic support to the General Branch Manager, complementing planning and decision support.
• Manage and evaluate the branch's supplier and vendor base with metrics for cost, quality and compliance.
• Prepare supplier benchmarking and cost/service comparisons to support negotiations.
• Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance, flag deviations and recommend actions.
• Conduct cost-versus-revenue analysis to identify profitability drivers across services.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for cost and margin trends.
