Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and strategic support to the General Branch Manager, complementing planning and analysis.
• Manage and evaluate the branch's supplier and vendor base with KPIs for cost, quality and compliance.
• Prepare supplier benchmarking and side-by-side cost/service comparisons for negotiations.
• Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance; flag deviations and actions.
• Conduct cost-versus-revenue analysis to identify margin drivers across services.
• Prepare financial reviews and insights for monthly budget, cost and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with accounting to validate expenses and cost allocation per operation.
• Develop dashboards for cost-performance and margin trends for leadership visibility.
• Develop strategic relationships with CBP and regulators to strengthen compliance and continuity.
• Build relationships with bonded warehouses, terminals, and industry partners for capacity opportunities.
• Conduct market reviews to benchmark performance and identify risks/opportunities.
• Analyze operational opportunities and present feasibility to leadership.
• Support safety performance by monitoring KPIs and coordinating with HSE for improvements.
• Evaluate capital investments and ROIs to support decisions.
• Support planning for regulatory and compliance initiatives (CBP, FTZ, bonded ops).
• Oversee data integrity and use of analytics tools for forecasting and decisions.
• Prepare periodic analyses and recommendations for the Branch Manager.
• Track preventive/corrective maintenance and ensure plan execution by teams.
• Monitor core systems (TMS, WMS, logs) and coordinate improvements.
• Define and report KPIs (productivity, throughput, dwell time, safety, service levels).
