Job summary

Labcorp in Raleigh, NC seeks a Logistics Director to lead the Atlantic division's distribution, warehousing, and logistics strategy, translating plans into efficient operations and customer-focused service.

You will build a centralized dispatch model for STAT/will-call, drive margin improvement, and lead a high-performing team, partnering with operations, patient services, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, distribution, or operations.
• 10+ years in logistics/supply chain with leadership experience.
• Experience running logistics and warehouse operations and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Atlantic division's distribution, logistics, and warehousing, executing plans and budgets.
• Develop and execute centralized dispatch plan for STAT/will-call pickups.
• Design efficient distribution networks to improve margins and service.
• Optimize courier routes and dispatch procedures.
• Use Power BI to drive KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; partner on the logistics P&L.
• Develop policies and SOPs ensuring compliance with Labcorp standards.
• Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on productivity and quality.
• Establish safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage carriers and 3PL contracts for cost and performance.
• Support tech enablement of routing, dispatch, and WMS systems.
• Lead talent development and succession within the team.
• Support M&A logistics integration.
