Job summary

Prime Healthcare seeks an Associate Corporate Director, Lab Supply Chain Shared Services to lead procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations across laboratory operations. You will collaborate with laboratory leadership, finance, and operations to drive strategic sourcing, negotiate contracts, and improve service levels while reducing waste and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of CLIA, TJC, CAP, ACHC and healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in healthcare supply chain management, with leadership experience.
• Experience in sourcing, contracting, inventory management, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations for laboratory operations.
• Collaborate with laboratory leadership, finance, and operations to drive strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Improve service levels, reduce waste, and ensure regulatory compliance across the enterprise.
• Oversee data analytics and process improvements to optimize supply chain performance (CLIA, TJC, CAP, ACHC).
