Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across distribution, warehousing, transportation, and shipping/receiving operations, including senior leadership responsibility.
• 8-10 years in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Experience leading multi-site distribution operations across B2B and B2C channels, including network and footprint optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic distribution and logistics initiatives on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to the existing business.
• Establish governance, implementation plans, risk controls, and business continuity plans for logistics and distribution operations.
• Lead and improve Pick & Pack, B2B, B2C, and omnichannel fulfillment operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate priorities, performance, risks, and escalations clearly to project teams and senior leadership.
• Monitor targets and budgets with Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and Finance teams for strategic initiatives.
