Job summary

Labcorp in Raleigh, NC seeks a Logistics Director to lead the Atlantic division's distribution, logistics, and warehousing. You will translate plans into efficient day-to-day execution, build a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities include centralized dispatch planning for STAT and will-call specimens, benchmarking, and driving margin and service quality. Hybrid work model with travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operational excellence, distribution, logistics, warehousing, or business.
• 10+ years of logistics/supply chain and leadership experience.
• Experience running logistics and warehouse operations with annual operating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Divisional leadership: lead the Atlantic division's distribution, logistics, and warehousing infrastructure and budgets.
• Centralized dispatch: plan and execute centralized dispatch for STAT and will-call needs.
• Strategy & process design: create efficient distribution networks and drive cost and service improvements.
• Route & network optimization: standardize courier routes and dispatch procedures.
• Performance analytics: use Power BI to drive KPIs and dashboards.
• Financial ownership: develop and manage operating and capital budgets and P&L.
• Policies & procedures: develop SOPs supporting compliance with Labcorp standards.
• Safety & compliance: ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
