DP World North America is seeking a highly organized Logistics Manager to oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations across our network.

You will drive efficiency, manage carrier relationships, and lead a team to deliver reliable service while controlling costs and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This role offers visibility across functions and the opportunity to contribute to a growing global logistics platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, and inventory control.
• Experience with 3PLs and carrier relationships.
• Excellent analytical and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics: transport, warehousing, distribution.
• Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock records.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Negotiate contracts and service levels with providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety policies.
• Lead and develop logistics and warehouse staff.
• Manage budgets and control expenses.
• Resolve shipments and supply chain issues promptly.
