Job summary

Priority-1, Inc. seeks a Customer Success Manager to sustain and grow a book of freight customers, delivering superior service and proactive account management.

You will conduct strategic meetings, identify revenue opportunities, and coordinate with support and operations to ensure seamless transportation solutions. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a base salary of $45,000 plus commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• 1+ year of logistics experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with an existing book of customer business to ensure lasting relationships and high satisfaction.
• Conduct proactive customer meetings to understand services, plan account strategy, and identify revenue trends.
• Analyze opportunities to upsell multiple Priority-1 service offerings and coordinate with support/operations.
• Manage margins, credit profiles, cargo claims, and other account-related functions with leadership visibility.
• Generate reports in the CRM to monitor customer trends and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
