Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking a Principal Strategic Customer Success Partner to manage and grow a book of large accounts within the Transportation Management division. You will own account strategy, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive measurable savings initiatives while traveling to client sites as needed.

You will oversee executive-level reviews, partner with operations and analytics teams, and drive complex analyses to uncover opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Experience managing client relationships in a (client-facing) role.
• Ability to lead meetings and present business insights or performance data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with SQL, GCP, Tableau, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and TMS.

Responsibilities

• Own customer strategy and drive savings initiatives across enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Operations, Analytics, Commercial and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.
• Lead customer business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and executive-level presentations.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive project prioritization to meet annual savings goals.
• Build and maintain relationships from C-suite to frontline staff.
• Support contract renewals and commercial discussions.
