This role partners with courier networks and internal teams to ensure SLAs are met and processes are standardized.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics/SCM, extensive analytics, and experience managing budgets, reporting, and SOP creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations, including departure and delivery to customers.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges and opportunities within the logistics process.
• Support customer implementation and disengagement processes.
• Collaborate with customer service escalation teams.
• Manage relationships with courier partners, ensuring timely completion of requests.
• Manage financial components of the logistics operation, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Identify and implement cost savings opportunities.
• Develop and implement SOPs for logistics processes.
