Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in shipping/logistics/supply chain management.
• 8+ years in Sales preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals through full sales pipeline.
• Experience using Salesforce.com is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive-level customer relationships for profitability and growth.
• Develop new business opportunities outside of existing customer base.
• Define and develop new service capabilities to extend DHL's value proposition.
• Ensure that company profit goals are met.
• Record client interactions in Salesforce and develop client-facing materials.
• Lead and align the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor market dynamics and provide feedback to operations.
• Coordinate special projects such as events and promotions.
