Daher Logistics North America is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL or Charleston, SC. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and building strategic partnerships within the North American market for Daher Logistics, spanning manufacturing, services, and defense sectors.

This is an individual contributor role emphasizing new business and account management. You will help shape the commercial strategy, grow Daher Aerospace’s NA logistics footprint,

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in logistics, aerospace, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of the North American market, particularly in manufacturing, services, and defense sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to formulating and executing commercial strategies through market research and industry trend analysis.
• Identify and engage prospective customers in North America with tailored sales strategies.
• Present commercial offerings and collaborate with the technical department to build tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define commercial targets and support BD processes.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities for services, renewals, and new products for existing accounts.
