Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years in logistics material flow or related.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
• Clear communicator with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel and support global initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design logistics flows and determine execution means.
• Lead deployment methods and optimize processes.
• Roll out new or modified logistics operations across Daher locations.
• Create and maintain work instructions and documentation.
• Manage timelines and coordinate with leadership and customers.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Incorporate automation and AI where appropriate.
• Develop end-to-end logistics solutions for new business.
• Build ROI analyses and pricing packages.
• Prepare RFI/RFP responses and presentations.
• Ensure solutions align with policy and industry best practices.
