Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary customer-facing representative for assigned accounts in the Americas. You will build strategic relationships, drive growth, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitability while coordinating with Operations to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities include managing commercial discussions, leading QBRs, and presenting performance analyses to leadership. A strong finance mindset and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven success in customer relationship management, business development, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers.
• Represent Yusen professionally and proactively in all customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
