Job summary

Uber Freight seeks a relationship-driven Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value logistics clients from our Rogers, AR office. You will be the primary contact, nurture partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue through tailored solutions.

You will coordinate with operations and customer service, monitor KPIs, manage contracts and renewals, and lead strategic account plans to hit company targets while maintaining exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years of account management experience in transportation/logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; influence results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills; multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Degree in Business Admin, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of transportation logistics experience and 1 year of LTL management preferred.
• Familiarity with TMS, CRM, EDI; knowledge of Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and partners.
• Offer pricing based on current market trends; identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and manage contract renewals and expansions.
• Develop strategic account plans to meet client objectives and growth targets.
• Monitor profitability, financial reports, and assist with billing and collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and KPIs/SLAs.
• Maintain current customer rates, surcharges, and schedules in the system.
• Communicate shipment status and reschedule pickups/deliveries when needed.
