Job summary

Roadtex Transportation is seeking a candidate to support daily freight execution for transactional brokerage accounts, ensuring reliable follow-through and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist sales reps with load building, quoting, scheduling, and document collection for TL and LTL, while maintaining clean load records and escalating issues per SOPs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day freight execution for transactional brokerage accounts to ensure reliable follow-through and high customer service.
• Assist sales reps with load building, standard quoting, appointment scheduling, and document collection for TL and LTL.
• Maintain accurate load records and execute SOP-based resolutions with timely escalations when needed.
• Provide routine load updates to customers and keep sales reps informed with structured status updates.
• Coordinate with Financial Ops, Billing, and Carrier Ops to drive issues to closure in a timely manner.
