Job summary

Roadtex Transportation, now part of Echo Global Logistics, seeks a Freight Operations professional to support day-to-day execution for transactional brokerage accounts. You will assist sales reps with load building, scheduling, and document collection across TL and LTL modes, ensuring timely, accurate updates and clear ownership.

You will work with Sales, Carrier Ops, and Financial/Operations teams to resolve issues, maintain service levels, and drive account health in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of freight brokerage processes and TL/LTL workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer updates and internal coordination.
• Ability to analyze shipping trends, identify risks, and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day freight execution for transactional brokerage accounts.
• Assist sales reps with load building, standard quoting, scheduling, and document collection.
• Maintain accurate load records and timely, clear notes for audits.
• Escalate issues per SOPs while keeping timelines and ownership clear.
• Provide proactive customer updates and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
