Roadtex Transportation seeks an Account Coordinator to manage daily operations for transactional clients, collaborating with internal and external partners to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2-year community college or vocational degree highly preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in customer service or logistics.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems with difficult customers.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with little supervision.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication for internal/external customers.
• Enjoy fast-paced team environment and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Directly support a book of transactional accounts and execute tasks for operational success.
• Provide operational support by prioritizing daily duties and ad hoc requests.
• Manage entry of pickup and delivery requests for client shipments.
• Assist to resolve Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues.
• Work with Account Executives to provide world class customer service.
• Proactively communicate issues to the team.
• Manage relationships within accounts.
• Gain competency with Roadtex/Echo technology to maximize efficiency.
