You will lead a cross-functional team to secure new business, manage high-potential accounts, and transition them to the sales force during onboarding. The role emphasizes proactive planning and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma or GED and 3+ years’ relevant B2B sales experience.
• 2+ years’ with a proven track record of new business development.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the local new business plan aligned to regional financial goals.
• Develop a comprehensive business development strategy with regional sales leaders.
• Leverage analytics to prioritize opportunities and shape regional strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team to address client needs and shorten sales cycles.
• Build and present sales plans targeting accounts with potential above $5M annualized revenue.
• Enter and manage prospect data in Sysco Salesforce platform.
