Midwest BankCentre seeks a strategic, transformative leader for Loan Operations to guide documentation, servicing, and post-closing activities with an emphasis on AI-driven automation and risk-aware process improvements.

The role partners with Technology, Risk, and Compliance to streamline workflows, elevate controls, and scale lending across Commercial, Consumer, Small Business, Mortgage, and SBA products. A proven, communicative executive is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in loan operations with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience across Commercial, Consumer, Small Business, Mortgage, and SBA lending.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, improve controls and risk management.
• Track record of adopting AI/automation to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Loan Operations team, on-site and remote.
• Architect strategies to drive efficiency, scalability, and service quality across loan docs, servicing, and post-closing.
• Implement policies and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and financial integrity.
• Champion AI/automation adoption and data analytics to optimize processes and customer experience.
• Partner with technology, risk, and business leaders to enhance loan processing systems.
