• Execute transformation strategy and develop a multi-year roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end process reviews and automation initiatives.
• Partner with PMO, IT, Enterprise Data, Risk, Compliance, and vendors.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and benefit realization measures.
