UnitedHealth Group seeks a Credit Operations Manager to lead end-to-end workflow design, digital modernization, and operations across our lending portfolio. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of strategic operational leadership and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with expertise in AI workflow strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years operational leadership in financial services or lending.
• Black Belt (LSSBB) with Kaizen, Process Mining and root cause analysis experience.
• Experience designing/deploying Agentic AI workflows and credit decisioning tools.
• Proven leadership in KPI frameworks, Vender governance, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Experience training cross-departmental teams in Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI-enabled workflows to optimize costs and service.
• Lead Lean governance, SPC, process mining and continuous improvement.
• Design enterprise KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, and KRAs for exec level.
• Establish vendor governance to manage data, ops, and market risk.
• Monitor loan lifecycle workflows for servicing, collection, and recovery.
• Mentor analytics talent and build AI curricula across the org.
