Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in human resources, business, healthcare administration, nursing or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years in leave of absence, workplace accommodations, disability or absence management, HR operations, employee relations, benefits, or related field.
• At least 2 years of people-leadership experience and leadership of complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for LOAA across a multi-state environment.
• Directs LOAA organization through reporting structures, sets goals, and manages performance and staffing.
• Ensures LOAA processes comply with federal, state, and local requirements and company policies.
• Drives continuous improvement using data, feedback, and process-improvement methods.
