Elevance Health, Inc. seeks a Director, Leave of Absence & Accommodation to lead the enterprise LOAA function, overseeing case management, intake, clinical support, and related operations.

In a hybrid work environment, this role directs service quality and compliance across multiple states, partnering with HR, Benefits, Legal, Compliance, Payroll, and clinical resources to support effective employee outcomes.

Competenze

• BA/BS in HR, business, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
• 10+ years in LOA, accommodations, disability or absence management.
• ≥2 years of people-leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex operations with defined service, quality and performance metrics.

Mansioni

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for LOAA across multi-state environment.
• Directs LOAA organization through reporting relationships; sets goals, accountability and staffing.
• Ensures LOAA processes comply with federal, state and local requirements and company policies.
• Establishes service, quality, compliance and employee-experience expectations and uses data to close gaps and take corrective action.
• Partners with HR, Benefits, Legal, Compliance, Payroll, clinical resources to coordinate services and outcomes.
• Drives continuous improvement using data, feedback, technology and process-improvement methods.
