Considine Search, a premier global law firm, seeks a Manager – Business Development (Litigation) in New York to partner with the Litigation Group and BD teams to generate business and raise the firm's profile. Qualifications

• Seven+ years of business development experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong writing, editing and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience presenting at the executive/partner level and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners on developing business plans and initiatives to generate new business and expand client relationships.
• Track referral sources and support partner communications with prospective clients.
• Lead pitches, RFP responses and marketing materials highlighting the firm’s strengths.
• Coordinate with global BD teams to ensure consistent execution and information sharing.
• Provide guidance to junior BD staff and help their professional development.
• Oversee submissions for directories and maintain BD records accurately.
