Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development experience within an Am Law, international, or elite boutique law firm.
• Advising partners on client development, strategic pursuits, and relationship management.
• Strong writing, research, analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with litigation leaders to develop and execute strategic business development and client growth initiatives.
• Lead pitches, RFP responses, directory submissions, client presentations, and other pursuit materials.
• Conduct client, industry, market, and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform business development strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and events teams on thought leadership, client programs, awards, and profile-raising campaigns.
• Track business development activity, pipeline opportunities, and key metrics while supporting practice and firmwide initiatives.
