Job summary

Christie Lites is seeking a highly autonomous Rental Representative to grow a portfolio of entertainment lighting clients. You will influence equipment specifications, build trusted partnerships, and collaborate with Project Management and Operations to ensure flawless show execution.

Travel to client sites and events is expected as you develop annual revenue plans and expand opportunities with an international team. Strong sales instincts and lighting knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in stage lighting or related entertainment sales.
• Proven ability to source leads and grow revenue.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and events.
• Strong technical understanding of lighting equipment or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships through in-person meetings and site visits.
• Influence product specifications with lighting designers and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute annual relationship and revenue growth plans with leadership.
• Monitor portfolio performance, resolve client concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Project Management to ensure accurate quotations and seamless show execution.
