Christie Lites, a leading stage lighting rental company in North America, seeks a proactive Sales Representative to build and maintain strategic client relationships, influence product specifications, and manage a growing portfolio. The role requires traveling to meet clients, engaging with designers and consultants, and collaborating with Project Management to ensure high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in entertainment lighting and/or AV system integration sales.
• Deep relationships with consultants, designers, and other specifiers in the industry.
• Strong administration and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of success in sales and negotiations.
• Ability to close deals and manage complex bids.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Influence product specifications by understanding lighting/AV integration.
• Set annual client targets and financial goals with VP Sales.
• Monitor portfolio performance and CRM data.
• Prepare bids, costings, and submit proposals.
• Collaborate with Project Management to ensure quality execution.
• Travel and meet clients on-site as needed.
