Job summary

Christie Lites in Dallas seeks a Rental Representative to autonomously manage a client portfolio within the entertainment lighting industry. You’ll build trust-based relationships, influence equipment specifications, and partner with Project Management and Operations to deliver flawless show execution.

Develop and execute annual relationship and revenue growth plans with the VP of Rentals, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure seamless booking to invoicing. Travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in stage lighting, production or related entertainment/event sales.
• Proven ability to source leads, develop opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships through in-person meetings, site visits, networking, and follow-ups.
• Influence product specifications by understanding Christie Lites' rental equipment and positioning with designers and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute annual relationship and revenue growth plans with the VP of Rentals.
• Monitor portfolio performance, review reports, resolve client concerns, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with Project Management to ensure accurate quotations, reservations, and seamless execution from booking to invoicing.
• Champion Christie Lites' practices, including the Official Rental Product Line and One Contact–One Rep model.
• Operate independently while collaborating with leadership and ops teams to deliver exceptional service.
