Job summary

Christie Lites in the United States seeks a Rental Representative to independently grow a client portfolio in the entertainment lighting industry. You will influence equipment specifications and partner with Project Management and Operations to deliver flawless show execution.

We’re looking for 3+ years in stage lighting or related B2B sales, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel to client sites and events. Uncapped earning potential available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in stage lighting, production, or related entertainment/event sales.
• Proven ability to source leads and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong technical understanding of lighting equipment or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships through meetings, site visits, networking, and follow-ups.
• Influence product specifications with a deep technical understanding of Christie Lites' rental equipment.
• Develop annual relationship and revenue growth plans with the VP of Rentals.
• Collaborate with Project Management to ensure accurate quotations, reservations, and invoicing.
