Job summary

SAS is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager focused on Life Sciences to support Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson accounts from Cary, NC or US remote. You will shape strategy, drive customer outcomes, and align SAS capabilities with client objectives.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, executive relationships, and coordinating SAS resources to accelerate revenue growth across two platinum accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in Life Sciences/pharma consulting, sales support, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of life sciences trends and analytics-driven solutions.
• Experience working with partners, SI, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account leadership to develop and execute strategic plans driving growth and engagement.
• Identify business priorities and opportunities to expand SAS adoption.
• Support pipeline, proposals, procurement activities, and RFP responses.
• Build trusted relationships with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, workshops, demonstrations, and solution envisioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Translate challenges into value-driven analytics solutions with measurable outcomes.
