Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver value across therapeutic areas. You will oversee budgets, track KPIs, and drive solutions to maximize program performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare and 3–4 years in program management, with strong communication and a willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare or pharma industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage program execution, client relationships, and budget oversight.
• Lead weekly client meetings and document decisions, action items, and owners.
• Monitor funding, invoicing, and key program metrics weekly.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure on‑time, within-scope delivery.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program reviews and accruals.
