Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution and financial oversight. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining exceptional client service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare or related field; PMP preferred.
• Three to four years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client relationship manager and accountable for program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis.
• Lead weekly client meetings, set agendas, and distribute minutes.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and KPIs; manage escalation tracking and reporting.
• Ensure program updates, launches, and changes happen on time and within scope.
