Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Program Manager to lead client relationships, drive program execution, and manage budgets across multiple brands. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining exceptional client service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of PM experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Primary client relationship manager for assigned brands, ensuring program execution, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
• Lead weekly touchpoints with clients and internal teams, documenting decisions and action items.
• Monitor invoicing, budgets, KPIs, and dashboards; escalate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support annual and quarterly reporting, accruals, and SOW management with attention to detail.
