Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, graduate degree and/or additional certifications including PMP preferred.
• Three to Four (3-4) years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative team.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to travel both locally and out-of-town, up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client relationship manager and accountable for program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring client service and operational excellence.
• Lead weekly meetings, maintain trackers, and manage documentation of decisions and action items.
• Monitor budgets, enrollments, and program metrics; identify anomalies and provide data-driven insights.
